Good Fat Tuesday

I will first-handed admit I was a BAD girl today. I had a whole waffle with fried chicken for dinner (so bad but oh so good).

But what if you took Fat Tuesday and created healthy habits of keeping healthy fats in your diet?

I’m by no stretch of the imagination a nutritionist or trainer and have no education in talking to people about healthy eating habits, so for the remainder of my post I’ll let Livestrong discuss the aspects of healthy fats.
