Snooze, you lose

It’s Sunday morning and I woke up on my own before my alarm clock went off.

This is remarkable on several counts: it’s Sunday and I usually sleep in a little later since traffic is very light. I’m not riding this week bc of the rain predicted every day. And last night I had a headache at bedtime so I took a Tylenol PM. Which usually knocks me out all night and makes me pretty groggy in the morning.
I didn’t get my routine finished in time to do PiYo this morning but I’ll ask Chris to give me some time this evening to finish that.

I hope this morning is a sign that my motivation is returning. I always feel fantastic when I get up early, get a workout, get energized, and get pumped for the day.
