I have been looking for a way to eat more animal friendly lately. I have a few issues with cheese, but for the most part, I actually really love it! Cottage cheese, cream cheese, cheddar, mozzarella. But the more I learn about our food industry, particularly hear in the United States, the more I am realizing that I should say farewell. I know this is going to sound blasphemous coming from me, but I’m going to go ahead and say it: There is a boring side to fitness, and I’m delving into it head-on right now!
In my endeavors to become a mentor and knowledgeable in my conservation fitness program, I felt I should get some sort of professional recognition to help back up many of my fitness claims and suggestions. So, I found an online personal training certification course and I’ve signed up. I have no desire to be a personal trainer, even if I get the certification, but the title will give me some credentials that I can’t get with the “zookeeper” or “conservationist/environmentalist” titles. This should be the only time I use this type of language on here, but I truly cannot help it.
Truth be told, I myself actually have quite a colorful language in daily life. But I recognize it as unprofessional in many instances, and try to not let the cursing flood out of me when I first meet a new friend or colleague.
But this isn’t about me anyways. This is about the Thug Kitchen Cookbook, and their motto, or tagline, is actually “Eat like you give a f*ck”, so with that phrase in mind, I am pretty sure you are aware this post is going straight to hell in a hand-basket.
