I have tried many, many diets and eating lifestyles. Many. I have seen the benefits to them and the downsides to each of them. But I have to admit, if you were to choose one simple lifestyle which would have the best impact on the environment, and the most potential to change your life for…
I get it. Making every. single. meal from scratch is impossible. With full time jobs, parenting, and all our extra-curricular activities, it’s not easy to make every meal a homemade masterpiece.
Fast food restaurants have it made in the shade in today’s era. And it’s not even just fast food. Convenience stores, grocery stores, food trucks, and coffee shops are mega money makers into today’s society.

I’ve been reading quite a few books helping me in my quest to find a perfect Eating Green model. So far, I’m finding that a little more difficult than I anticipated. My research and experience is showing there is no “perfect model”, but taking a little from each program and expert I discover.
If someone were to ask me for my number one recommendation for eating healthy and having the largest positive impact on the planet, I would deeply consider telling them about Meal Prepping.
