ZooFit is a fun and unique fitness program which I am incredibly proud to share with the world. In the past, I have focused quite a bit on Conservation Fitness. It’s taken me a few days to decompress, but I’m back to normal and proud of ZooFit. I just have to toot my horn a little. After I got a little shut-eye and power naps.

I’ve become so familiar with eating lifestyles that sometimes I forget other people may not have heard of one before. Such may be the case with the Locavore diet.
