This exercise works best with bands or weights, but can be done with any two equally weighing objects.
Stand on the band with feet together, or one foot on band, making sure there are equal lengths on either side. Holding handles of band in each hand, first raise hands laterally to the side, then raise them up in front of your body, and finally press them overhead. Each complete cycle is one repetition
Same as band but not standing on anything. Hold a weight in each hand and first raise your arms laterally to the side, then up in front of your body, and finally press overhead.
