Of the four components of fitness, Flexibility is the most overlooked and under-worked (the other three components are Stabilization, Cardiovascular, and Strength). I have been looking for a way to eat more animal friendly lately. I have a few issues with cheese, but for the most part, I actually really love it! Cottage cheese, cream cheese, cheddar, mozzarella. But the more I learn about our food industry, particularly hear in the United States, the more I am realizing that I should say farewell. This should be the only time I use this type of language on here, but I truly cannot help it.
Truth be told, I myself actually have quite a colorful language in daily life. But I recognize it as unprofessional in many instances, and try to not let the cursing flood out of me when I first meet a new friend or colleague.
But this isn’t about me anyways.
